- this doesn't mean NaruSaku is dead. We all know how Naruto said to Sai that he can't tell Sakura what he feels until he succeeds with his promise. So he obviously still has feelings for her. If he would really say something like that to her, than he only says it because he is kinda obsessed with keeping his promise. Probably mostly for her because he still thinks Sasuke means so much to Sakura. (Which probably isn't even the case anymore) And of course, also because Sasuke means a lot to him too and he don't want to stand there alone, without Sakura.
